These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of property maintenance services by Peninsula Pro Services (ABN 11 392 680 757) to clients in the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula area.
Peninsula Pro Services provides gutter cleaning, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, tree and pruning work, garden cleanups, and related property maintenance services. All services are subject to a site assessment and quote prior to commencement.
All prices listed on our website are indicative guides only. Final pricing is confirmed prior to commencement of work. We will never start work without your agreement on price. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Submitting a booking request via our website does not constitute a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed only once we contact you and verbally confirm the date, time, and scope of work via SMS or phone call.
The client is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the property on the agreed service date. This includes unlocking gates, restraining pets, and advising us of any known hazards. If access is not available on arrival, a call-out fee of $50 may apply.
Peninsula Pro Services holds public liability insurance. We take reasonable care in the performance of all services. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to gutters, roofing, gardens, or other structures that is discovered or worsened during service. We will advise you of any such findings before proceeding.
⚠️ Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for consequential losses arising from any service.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to rectify the issue at no additional cost.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

📞 To cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible on 0467 363 819 or by SMS. We're flexible — just let us know.
In the event of extreme weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will contact you as early as possible and offer the next available date at no additional cost.
Lawn mowing and garden work may be rescheduled due to heavy rain or unsafe conditions. Gutter cleaning is often still possible in light rain. We will contact you on the morning of the job if weather is a concern.
If a service cannot be completed due to circumstances within our control, a full refund or credit will be offered. Refunds for Bitcoin payments will be issued in AUD equivalent at the time of the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
